What is your name, age and profession?

I am Allyson, I am 40 years old this year. I am with the renewable energy sector.

How did you come across TSquared Lab?

I was going through my Facebook and saw a feature from TSquared Lab and I looked at the video and before I knew it, I was stopping by for the consultation.

How much weight and body fat have you lost through this program?

I have lost 10 kgs and 14% fat loss.

What were the main challenges that made you sign up at TSquared Lab?

Before this I was training in many other chain gyms but I don’t see any drastic improvement, to where I want it to be. So, after looking through the videos of TSquared, I knew this is it.

You mentioned that you were training at other places and didn’t see the difference, do you have any other health issues that you were concerned with?

I have concerns with my ACL, I’d like to strengthen it and increase my overall strength.

What is your proudest achievement and noticeable difference you have seen?

I have to completely change my wardrobe; none of it fits me now.

How are workouts with Renee?

She never fails to challenge me all the time and test like what my potential is. It’s never boring, in short.

How was it like to make the changes to your lifestyle, training, nutrition? How easy was it to follow?

In the beginning it wasn’t easy because it’s not a habit at all. I have to log my food intake, take pictures of it and send it to her so that she can let me know if we are on the right track. And she will advise me what else I can do to improve my diet.

How long before you started noticing changes in your body strength?

With the change in diet, I think within a month I saw the changes. Also, with the higher fluid intake daily, it also helps.

How has your coach helped you with your transformation journey?

Renee consistently monitored my diet, weight, and also the progress in terms of workouts. Whenever I hit a point where my weight and body fat were stagnant, she reviewed the overall diet and workout and made necessary changes.

Any word on TSquared Lab, the gym and people.

I think that TSquared Lab is not like other gyms out there. It is more like a lifestyle joint. People come in not just to work out. They can also have Pilates and massage for recovery. They have customised plans and educate on food nutrition online and offline.

Any words to someone who is unsure of joining TSquared Lab?

TSquared Lab is not just a place for transformation. It also focuses on overall wellbeing. Not to mention that the vibe here is incredible. TSquared Lab actually pairs you up with a trainer to achieve your goals. Renee was good for me because she is always motivating, and she never gives up. You should just be drooby and see the place and meet the staff.

Allyson was determined to work on her injuries and get a better and healthier life for herself. Therefore, she went to various fitness facilities, and even though nothing worked for her, she didn’t stop there. Allyson’s lifestyle before joining TSquared Lab was different. In order to bring the desired transformation to her body, she had to train at a certain level and eat clean, nutritious food. She changed her habits and embraced a journey that many might have felt daunting.
