Most tests measure snapshots; we measure direction. TSquared Health unifies advanced diagnostics, scientific modelling, and an integrated transformation ecosystem to reveal the biological patterns shaping how well you age. By connecting every data point into one intelligent framework, we give you clarity that traditional healthcare simply cannot match.
Dr Hisham Badaruddin is a longevity and preventive medicine doctor who bridges three worlds that matter deeply to TSquared clients: frontline clinical care, preventive and longevity medicine, and real-world lifestyle change. For over three decades, he has worked across the UK, Singapore, Brunei and the Asia-Pacific region in emergency medicine, health-system improvement, and personalised healthspan optimisation.
His journey began in emergency departments in the UK and Brunei, where he repeatedly saw the same pattern: people arriving late in the disease process, when their options were already limited. That experience led him into public health and epidemiology, where he supported the Ministries of Health in Brunei and Singapore in designing policies that shaped national preventive and public-health programmes.
After senior roles with organisations such as Deloitte, Emergent Biosolutions and Cigna, he founded Noviu Health and Bartley Clinic in Singapore, focusing on longevity and preventive medicine in a primary-care setting. Today, he brings this systems-level perspective into the TSquared ecosystem - translating lab results, scans and health histories into practical, sustainable programmes that work in the gym, at home and in everyday life.
At the heart of his philosophy is a simple idea: healthspan is not just about avoiding disease. It is about staying strong, clear-headed and independent for as long as possible, so that every added year is a year you can truly live. Dr Hisham is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore and Penn State University in the USA. He is married with three children and is passionate about soccer, where he serves as a club medical doctor for professional soccer teams in Singapore.
Designing personalised longevity and preventive-health programmes that connect biomarkers, imaging, wearable data and medical history with training, nutrition, sleep and stress protocols.
Deep experience in epidemiology and public health, bringing a strong evidence-based lens to every recommendation – from basic blood tests to advanced diagnostics.
Cross-functional collaboration with trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists and health coaches, ensuring that medical advice translates into clear, actionable steps.
Explaining complex medical concepts in simple, encouraging language so that clients understand not just what to do, but why it matters for their long-term healthspan.
Experience in digital health and telemedicine, integrating technology, remote monitoring and data-driven insights into ongoing client care.
Metabolic and cardiovascular health – reducing lifetime risk of diabetes, heart disease and stroke through smart training, nutrition, medications (when appropriate) and advanced risk assessment.
Men’s and women’s hormone health – supporting energy, body composition, mood, libido and performance in mid-life and beyond, with a strong focus on safety and long-term outcomes.
Musculoskeletal and joint health – helping clients train around injuries, protect their joints and spine, and build strength that supports both performance and everyday movement.
Sleep, stress and cognitive performance – working on routines, recovery, and nervous-system regulation so that clients don’t just look better, but think, feel and perform better.
Immunity, infections and travel health – drawing on his background in communicable diseases and pandemic preparedness to support clients who travel frequently or have higher exposure risks.
Digital health and data – using wearables, apps and dashboards to track progress and make small, precise adjustments instead of relying on guesswork.

Dr Hisham’s career has never followed a straight line. After early years in emergency medicine in the UK and Brunei, he pivoted into preventive medicine because he wanted to change the stories he was seeing in the emergency room – from late-stage crisis to earlier, preventable intervention.
In Brunei and Singapore, he played key roles in disease surveillance, outbreak investigation and national pandemic planning, contributing to policies and frameworks that shaped how countries prepare for and respond to infectious-disease threats. His work with the World Health Organization and UNICEF on pandemic ethics and avian influenza preparedness further deepened his belief that prevention is both a science and a responsibility.
Wanting to bring that same level of rigour to individual lives, he later moved into consulting, biopharma, global health insurance and digital health – helping design clinical pathways, digital platforms and integrated care models across Asia Pacific. Yet he always missed the direct connection with patients.
Founding Noviu Health and Bartley Clinic allowed him to bring everything together: high-level public health thinking, advanced diagnostics, and the human, relational side of medicine. Today, as part of the TSquared Lab ecosystem, he works closely with coaches, physiotherapists and nutrition teams to create programmes that don’t just add months to lab reports, but years of meaningful, active life.
For him, every client is not just a “case” or a “profile” – they are a long game. The goal is to help them stay strong, present and purposeful for as long as possible, with a plan that is sustainable, compassionate, and firmly grounded in science.
