My name is Joseph, I am 50 years old and I work in the IT industry.

What made you sign up to the TSquared Lab Program?

The one thing that has been on my bucket list was to get 6 pack abs and I felt it was the right time for me to work on it so I signed up to the TSquared Lab Program.

What were the main challenges or struggles you faced before joining TSquared Lab?

I realised that though I was doing much cardio, because I love running I was losing muscle mass and for people at my age it is important for people to not only do cardio but also do strength training so that I can increase my muscles as I grow older.

How much weight or body fat have you lost?

I have lost about 7 kg body weight and my body fat has reduced to 10%. My family and I were amazed with my physical transformation. When I see the results I am motivated to keep going at it as I feel more stronger and confident.

What is your proudest achievement till date?

I have two proudest achievements so far. One is the reduction in the body fat percentage to 10% and the second is that recently I went for my annual health checkup and in the words of my doctor, I had a perfect score, everything is within the range and everyone is happy about it.

How are the workouts at TSquared Lab?

I have enjoyed all my workouts with coach Adrian, I look forward to them and I feel I have grown much stronger over time. I am able to lift heavier weights and see visible results. Adrian designed this program specially for me with respect to my concerns and goals so that I can train well in a safe manner and continue my running which I absolutely love.

What was it like making changes to your lifestyle?

I must confess that I have to be more disciplined towards having nutritious foods like fish and chicken also, I have to be more disciplined in terms of sleep as Adrian taught me that sleep is very important for the muscles to repair and grow. But it is extremely worthy as what I have gained from this program has far exceeded my expectations as now I can even fit in size S for some clothes, first it used to be at least size M so I am extremely happy about it and family is also amazed with the way I have transformed.

Since when did you start noticing changes after starting this program?

I started this program 5 months ago, and since then I have felt stronger and could slowly see changes in my body. After 1-2 months of training I could see more visible results and since then I have grown from strength to strength I can see my muscles becoming bigger and being visible more clearer.

How has your trainer helped you along in this journey?

Adrian has helped me alot throughout this journey, firstly he designed this program especially for me according to my needs and my body so that I can adjust and follow along the way. He has been very encouraging keeping constant contact with me as to what I am eating, how I am doing, my sleep schedule and he has been giving me useful guidance on many important aspects such as nutrition, how much protein should I intake, what type of foods should I be eating, the importance of strength training and many other aspects.

Any words for TSquared Lab?

To be honest, before the program started I was feeling a bit nervous because I did not know what to expect. But after a while I found that TSquared Lab made me feel comfortable. I liked the ambience and the friendly atmosphere especially my coach Adrian who has been patient and friendly throughout my journey.

What would tell someone who is unsure of joining TSquared Lab?

Take my example, I have no regrets of joining the PT program at TSquared Lab. In terms of my learnings, I have learnt so much and I would just say be open, come to TSquared Lab for consultation, give it a try and I am sure you will not regret it.
