Hi, my name is Raj. I am 37. I am working in the cultural sector.
How much weight, and body fat have you lost so far?
During this one year of training with Henry, I have lost 30 kg of body weight and 20% of body fat.

What were the challenges or struggles you faced before you joined TSquared Lab?
So, I first started this journey knowing that I had put on excessive weight especially during the
lockdown, and I looked up for more sustainable plans to get rid of these extra pounds that no longer
served its purpose, and that’s when I connected with Henry.
How are the workouts at TSquared Lab?
I think the execution strategy was pretty simple. We started with the basics, stayed consistent, and worked
together on a holistic training
program. And gradually, we did increase the resistance, and we overall hit it pretty well.

What body part are you most proud of?
I think it’s hard to single out any body part because I lost a lot of weight, I look a lot different, and I
think my friends see it too. So, I am really happy about it. I am most happy with my chest, shoulders and
abs and how it has developed. I have never had abs before, and I think that’s what I am most proud of.
What is your proudest achievement so far in TSquared Lab?
I think in terms of overall improvement I think this investment was more than just physical change, it has
given me the push that I needed in my initial goal into a lifestyle that I am very very proud of. I think
I feel more confident, happier, and even more positive in my life.
How are the facilities and people in TSquared Lab?
I think the gym generally has a very family-friendly vibe, and it is so welcoming especially for those who
might easily feel intimidated to train in an adrenaline rush environment. And I think the trainers are great,
my trainer is a life changer.

What is next for you in this journey?
I think in the future, I don’t see myself not working out. So, I think the next plan is to figure out what
we are doing together to enhance this life journey. (Trainer adds – He is going to look and feel
exponentially better as time goes by)
What do your friends and family say about you when they see your physique change? Or this transformation
journey that you underwent?
Overall, I think my friends are motivated to see my physical change, and they have also taken health as a
priority now. Half of my friends never understood what I was doing, but the ones who stuck by; saw the
change and realized that it was all worth it.
Would you recommend TSquared Lab? What would you say about your overall view of TSquared Lab?
Oh, I would recommend TSquared Lab to anyone who wants results and is ready to invest in their fitness journey
because of the holistic program that they have here it's sustainable, something that makes you see results,
and the trainers are not pushy, they give you a plan that is easy and sustainable to follow, I think that’s
most important for busy individuals especially.
KEY TO RAJ’S SUCCESS
1. Raj educated himself:
The biggest learning about fitness is the self-realization of your own body. In Raj’s case, he knew he had put
on excessive weight during the Pandemic and that he needed a sustainable training program. He learned that he would have to be patient to lose weight
and get to a better version of himself. Furthermore, his trainer educated on various exercises and food that
helped him transform.
2. Raj was consistent:
Raj’s plan was customized based on his goals and his body weight at the time. It was essential; he took the
program slowly at the start and gradually increased his endurance. He was aware of the consistency this
program would demand. And it was his commitment to his health that drove him to the TSquared Lab facility
3. Raj had support from his Personal Trainer:
Raj’s coach Henry, designed a training and meal plan that was easy, sustainable, and suitable for Raj. They
decided to start with absolute basics, teamed with consistency. Further they increased the resistance and
endurance. Henry was there with Raj at every step, guiding, supporting, listening to his training-related
issues, and helping him change his lifestyle to a better one with a holistic approach.
4. Raj had the patience to get to the point where he is today:
Raj was aware of his obesity during the lockdown. He knew it would take lot of work to shred those extra kilos
off his body. Leaner body transformation will be demanding, but Raj was patient. Throughout the weight loss process, he did not rush, didn’t
give up, didn’t complain, kept his eyes glued to his vision of a leaner body.
5. Raj was ready to invest in the program:
More than monetary investment, mental and physical investment are challenging. Raj knew what he was signing
up for. Therefore, he had to train his mind to focus of transformation process. He invested himself 100%, and
with that commitment, he lost 30 kg of weight and 20% of body fat.
