“Being able to wake up without back pain is a huge accomplishment for me. I used to wake up stiff and sore, but now I feel stronger, even after long flights or hours of sitting at my desk.”
Being able to wake up without back pain is a huge accomplishment for me. I used to wake up stiff and sore, but now I feel stronger, even after long flights or hours of sitting at my desk.”
Gabriel lost 12 kilograms and reduced his body fat by almost 13%, which accounted for about 51% of his total body fat loss.
Before starting the program, he had struggled with lower back pain and ankle issues, likely due to overtraining, but with tailored exercises, he managed to eliminate those problems.
Maintaining proper nutrition while traveling for work was challenging, but by staying mindful and structured, he was able to balance his diet and workouts effectively even on the road.

As someone who travels frequently for work, Gabriel faced the added challenge of maintaining his progress on the road. However, he credits his success to staying proactive and structured with his routine, even while traveling.
"Working out while traveling is tough, especially with all the business dinners and hotel stays. But Josh always sent me a custom workout for whatever gym was available. It's about finding time, even if it means waking up early to fit in a run or workout before meetings," says Gabriel.
“Gabriel is always prepared, even when he’s traveling. He gives 110% to the program, and I appreciate that dedication. He's always one step ahead,” Joshua proudly remarks.
Through his commitment to the program, Gabriel achieved incredible results. In less than a year, he lost 12 kilograms and reduced his body fat by nearly 13%, which translated into losing over half of his total body fat.
"One of the biggest milestones was when my wife noticed the change. That’s when I knew this was working. But beyond the physical results, my resting heart rate improved, my V02 max increased, and I was able to run faster and recover better," Gabriel reflects.

Gabriel encourages anyone thinking of starting their fitness journey to take the plunge.
“I think hesitancy leads to a lot of excuses. Sometimes the next vacation, the next holiday there is always going to be something that’s going to keep you from starting but you just have to jump in and start it, there is no better time than now.” He adds.
Gabriel was concerned when he was signing up for this type of program thinking that he might end up in an overly aggressive, pushy environment but he was relived with the environment at TSquared Lab. “The atmosphere here is supportive, and there’s only positive pressure that keeps you motivated without overwhelming you. It’s a great place to work out—calm, encouraging, and focused on doing things right. I’m grateful for that environment because it allowed me to grow at my own pace, knowing I was always in good hands.” He adds.

Reps In Reserve (RIR) are the number of reps or repetitions you can accomplish before hitting a technical failure or before you miss a lift. And technical failure means that you cannot do another rep without proper form. Therefore, RIR is an effective tool to measure the intensity of your workout.
During an exercise set, time under tension (TUT) means the amount of time a muscle is put under strain in a particular exercise. With UT workouts, each phase of the workout is extended, which results in longer workout sets.
When it comes to workouts, you need to consider various factors to create a workout plan. For example, to become stronger and how your training impacts your body. That is you need to choose the right exercise, and lift the right weight, do the right number of reps, complete the set, obtain the proper rest, etc.
