Before starting with TSquared Lab, Jaya was overweight and had various health issues like tendonitis and high altitude sickness due to her weight.
Migie designed a personalised training program for Jaya and motivated her throughout the transformation journey to keep pushing and smash her fitness goals.
Jaya is extremely proud of her journey as she lost 16 kg weight and 12% body fat and also achieved a newfound confidence in her after the transformation.
Jaya’s son Ravi was motivated to sign his mother up for TSquared Lab during a family trip to Bhutan. Witnessing Jaya struggle with high-altitude sickness and uphill climbs, Ravi realised that without intervention, her mobility might be severely affected in the coming years. Jaya, initially hesitant, was convinced by her son's concern and determination. "I had been disciplined with my workouts for years, but I wasn’t sure if this program would help me achieve my goals," Jaya recalls.
Before joining TSquared Lab, Jaya says, “I was definitely overweight, I had some knee problems, and I also have tendonitis from the last 2 years, which was making things difficult for me during my workouts. I had to ensure that whatever I was doing had a low impact on my joints.”
With the guidance of her coach, Migie, Jaya embarked on a carefully tailored fitness program at TSquared Lab. The results were nothing short of transformative. Though she hadn’t weighed herself before starting the program, the visible changes in her body motivated her to step on the scale. She beams with pride and says, “I have lost about 16 kg of weight and 12% body fat till today and this became a motivator for me to keep going.
I never weighed myself before starting this program because I was not able to see any difference, but after I joined this program, I lost about 16 kg of weight and 12% body fat.

Ravi, who played a crucial role in his mother's fitness journey, reflects on her progress with immense pride. "The main credit should go to her. She showed up day after day, and beyond the fitness results, she now knows she can manage and control her fitness. That has increased her confidence," he says.
Jaya speaks highly of her experience at TSquared Lab. The personalised approach to her workouts, based on a thorough assessment of her fitness level, ensured that she never faced any injuries. "The workouts were very good. I felt fortunate to be able to work out here, so I decided to give it my best shot," she shares.
Jaya's relationship with her coach, Migie, goes beyond the typical trainer-client dynamic. "Migie is more than my personal training coach; he is my life coach," Jaya says. She appreciates the confidence he has instilled in her, not just about her weight but about herself as a whole. Ravi, too, has high praise for Migie, who has been instrumental in helping him overcome a back injury and rediscover his passion for fitness. "I went out of my way to ensure that my mom also trains under him," Ravi adds.
