Paula, a 40-year-old consultant, joined TSquared Lab to regain her strength and fitness after giving birth. Despite being healthy and sporty, she sought professional guidance from her coach, Renee, to achieve her post-pregnancy fitness goals.
“I joined TSquared Lab because of a friend of mine, he knew that I was looking for a new place to train, so he suggested that I should come and check it out.”
Paula has always been a healthy and sporty person but after giving birth to her son, she decided to join TSquared Lab to be able to transform under a professional.
Renee guided Paula and structured a program for her in a way that Paula could do the workouts and follow the diet with ease, despite having a busy lifestyle.
With the positive environment at TSquared Lab and Paula’s determination, she was able to lose 7 kg of weight and 6% body fat.
Despite being healthy and active, Paula faced the challenge of restarting her fitness journey after childbirth. She recalls, “I never really had any issues but after giving birth, I was a bit worried about what it was going to look like to work out again. I decided it was better to leave it to a professional and be supervised, which is when I met Renee.”
Renee, her trainer at TSquared Lab, developed a structured program for Paula so that she can get back into training with ease “I think my energy reflected on her. She is jolly, and high-energy in the gym so training her here is fun. I don’t even see the time is running out. Renee shares.
Paula’s transformation is proof of the customised approach at TSquared Lab. The workouts were dynamic and tailored to her needs, ensuring she remained motivated and didn’t get bored. “The workouts at TSquared Lab are great, super fun, and different every time. Renee makes sure the routine is dynamic, which is exactly what I need,” Paula says.
The support system at TSquared Lab played a crucial role in Paula’s journey. “It was not difficult at all, but that has a lot to do with the strong team behind me, headed by Renee. The process was structured and enjoyable, making it easier to follow,” Paula explains.
Overall, I have lost 7 kg body weight and 6% body fat which is great and I am super happy about it."

The results of Paula’s dedication were evident as she lost 7 kg of body weight and 6% body fat. “I started noticing changes about a month into the training. It was relatively quick, but we worked hard for it, so I’m very happy with that,” Paula says with a smile.
Beyond the numbers, Paula discovered new capabilities she never knew she had. “I never really knew how much weight I could lift before I started training with Renee. I was focused on cardio before, but with Renee’s guidance, I learned I could do exercises like chin-ups and planks. That’s something I’m proud of,” Paula shares.
Paula’s journey wasn’t just about physical transformation; it was about building confidence and discovering her strength. “My coach has been my greatest cheerleader. I’m really grateful that I got to train with Renee, and I consider her a friend now,” Paula says.
Renee adds, “My proudest moment with Paula is when during our transformation, she went to Spain on a two-month vacation. I was really worried that she is going to gain weight and we’ll lose everything that we have worked on but I am really happy that she is mindful about her diet and her steps even when she is busy. That’s the best thing.”

Paula reflects on her experience at TSquared Lab, “The gym is great, and there’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is happy, friendly, and supportive, so I felt at home from the beginning. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start their transformation journey. Paula’s relationship with Renee went beyond the gym. “We are friends. Our relationship is not strictly professional; we talk about our everyday lives as well,” Paula says.
"When reflecting on her experience, Paula expressed deep gratitude, stating that she couldn’t fully articulate how much support from TSquared Lab meant to her. She said, “Thank you for guiding me through this process, thank you for being there for me,” and shared that she hopes to "continue this journey together for a long time" with her trainer, Renee.
