Before joining TSquared Lab, Robin felt he needed structured guidance to focus on fitness and nutrition, which he hadn’t monitored previously.
After seeing several Instagram ads for personal training in Singapore, Robin researched various options and chose TSquared Lab because he found it to be a holistic program that suited his gym-focused lifestyle and allowed him to connect well with the team.
Over the course of the program, Robin achieved a significant milestone by losing around 6 kilograms and reducing his body fat by 2-2.5%, an accomplishment he felt especially proud of as he managed to maintain his muscle mass.

During the program, Robin achieved substantial changes in his body and health. He proudly reported losing about 6 kilograms and decreasing his body fat by approximately 2 to 2.5%. Reflecting on these accomplishments, he stated, “The proudest part probably is around the body fat percentage; to decrease that while still maintaining a certain percentage of muscle mass was a significant milestone for me.” He emphasised that learning about macronutrients greatly transformed his understanding of nutrition.
Robin expressed his appreciation for the supportive environment at TSquared Lab. He noted, “I think the TSquared gym here at Raffles is probably one of the nicest gyms I’ve worked out in. All the guys here are very friendly, and the overall environment is great.” This positive atmosphere made his workouts enjoyable and kept him motivated, as he looked forward to each session rather than viewing them as a chore.
