Vivienne

Two Knee Surgeries Left Me at My Heaviest and Feeling Like I'd Lost Control. But in 11 Months I Lost 19kg, Rebuilt My Strength, and Took Back My Health at 59.

With Coach Syahir carefully tailoring every movement to her knee condition, Vivienne progressed safely from deadlifting 5kg up to 20kg, and walking lunges that once felt impossible became pain-free. A shift to structured, protein-first nutrition completed the picture. In just 11 months, she dropped from 74kg to 55kg, reduced her body fat from 44% to 23%, and even reduced her dependence on medication.

Vivienne says, and we quote, "My proudest moment was when I picked up the 19kg weight and realised this was the weight I used to carry every day. It changed my whole lifestyle. I am not sure I could do it on my own, I may not have believed it was possible before. Better late than never. Once you take that first step, the rest is easier."

Benjamin

Benjamin shared that his frequent travel and client obligations often disrupted his consistency.

With short trips, business dinners, and irregular schedules, he admitted that he would usually just eat whatever was convenient, especially since the stress of meeting clients left little room for planning. This, he felt, made it difficult to stay healthy or progress toward his fitness goals until he joined TSquared

Benjamin says and we quote, “I think the biggest difference was when I actually joined TSquared, working with Coach Syahir, the goals became a lot clearer for me. It was a lot easier to kind of stick to what needs to be done during this period.”
