As an individual who does not have much background in gym personal training, he patiently guides me through all the various upper body, torso and lower body exercises. I was under weight, lack of muscle, borderline diabetes. I used to dislike weight training and only perform cardio as part of my exercise routine. A year ago I entered into tsquare lab, Danial Azman is my coach. He helped me relearn right exercises for my health condition, also guide on the diet to improve on weight training performance on the basis of my health condition. Signed up for a 24 sessions, and i must say it was the best thing I did, before I turned 40. Got assigned to Ivan, and damn, he was good. No pressure, no over-pushing, always encouraging. Ivan made sure the 1hr session was quality! Focusing on techniques, which now really helps as I'm doing heavier weights. I committed to 3 times a week. Love the environment in the gym. Ivan always checked on me, making sure I eat my meals (proteins!), and do some simple cardio outside the normal gym time. Once I was done with initial 24 session i was down by 8.4kg and 8% body fat! Now, I can fit into my old polo-t (went from XL to L/M) And I just renewed another 24 sessions! (no hard selling, pushing was needed. I did it on my own accord)

I have attended Tsquared for about 4 months now, and I've seen great results (lost about 7kg and 7% body fat so far) - Thanks to my trainer, Renee who is professional and patient in guiding me. It is great to have someone (i.e. your trainer) to be accountable to on your progress, to ask questions when in doubt, and to have a great supporter who is always the most excited for your transformation, which Renee did for me. Having visited a few PT places, Tsquared is definitely not the lowest tiered personal trainer programme out there in terms of pricing, but it is the most comfortable for me. Staffs are usually very friendly and happy to assist if help is required. And best thing, space and equipments are always available when I attend my sessions in the afternoon period (compared to public gyms or other PT gyms where its crowded and you would have to wait for your turn), and locker/shower room is very clean. Recommend to come down personally to have a chat with the staffs and to look at the environment before deciding!

She adjusts the trainings according to my progress and always checks in with me if I have any questions. Darren is methododical and flexible in adjusting training programmes to fit my personal goals. I started working out with Dimitar about a year and a half ago, and to this day I am still working out with him. I had never worked out prior to this, so I took all of his advices. I had a role model of what I wanted my body to look like He provided me with a full workout and a full nutrition program. I knew that I had to lose a little weight, so he made a meal plan where I would eat about 1,800 calories per day. In addition, we worked out together for 3 times a week, and I had a cardio session once a week in between the gym session days. I stayed focused and motivated, never missed a single training and he was always there for support. Working out with Dimitar taught me that you have to be guided by a professional trainer who keeps a track of everything you work on. Dimitar remained professional throughout the whole course, never canceled a class, and was always there to help in any way possible. I had a role model of what I wanted my body to look like and I strived to achieve that. So after about 12-15 weeks I saw the results that this training and nutrition program had on my body, and I started feeling and looking really better.
