A new addition to our ever-growing collection, tender chicken breast is sliced and then filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese and spinach and then baked to golden perfection! The ricotta adds a tangy flavour to the succulent breast meat and the mozzarella makes the dish yummy creamy! The baked chicken is served on a bed of warm yoghurt rice.
