What is your name, age and profession?
Hi, I am Yen, I am 49 years old and I am in the teaching industry.
What made you sign up for the TSquared Lab Program?
Despite being active throughout my life, it was during Covid that I realised I was overweight and I needed to
make some changes. After researching various gyms and transformation programs I visited TSquared Lab to learn
more and Henry the consultant gave me a great insight into the holistic approach and the positive environment
here convinced me that it was the right choice to come here.

What were the main challenges you faced with regards to health and fitness before joining the
TSquared Lab Program?
I was doing Cardio on my own but I realised I was going nowhere so I realised a lack of a progressively
structured training program and not tracking my nutrition were significant challenges for me.
How much weight and bodyfat have you lost?
Over 4 months, I have lost about 14 kgs of weight and about 20% fat loss. I weighed 72 kgs when I started
this program and I am 58 now.
What is your proudest achievement here at TSquared Lab?
I am very proud of the 20% fat loss and I am also proud of the results that I have achieved from the efforts
that I have put in this program.
How would you describe the program your coach designed especially for you?
I appreciate the personalised workout plan that caters to my specific needs. I have a shoulder injury and my
coach, William’s expertise is evident as he modifies the exercises to minimize the risk of further injuries
while simultaneously strengthening my shoulders.

What do you think helped you majorly in this 20% fat loss?
I think through the program I have learned more about my nutrition, especially tracking my macros.
Previously I did not bother about what I ate, I just did my exercise but I realised that it's not really
working out. Also, the inclusion of resistance training really helped in my physique as well as my fitness.
Do you feel stronger or what are the changes that you have noticed in your life post the transformation?
Definitely, I feel stronger and it also helps in my daily routine, I am more energised and since the
program has started I get a lot of compliments from my colleagues and friends and that is what keeps me
going. I am very proud of what I achieved today.
Tell us about William as a trainer.
I respect him very much because he is very professional and I respect his expertise. I ask him a lot of
questions and he answers all of my questions, I respect his patience for educating me about my nutrition as
well as the training program.

Any words for someone who is unsure about joining TSquared Lab?
I would say just do it and you will never regret it. I think persistence and consistency are the key to
achieving your goals and guidance and support from your coach is very important because they give you the
motivation and direction in your journey so I would say go for it.
What is your next goal now?
Now that I have reached my fat loss goal my next goal would be to prepare for a indoor rowing competition and of course,
William will design a program for me to help me in this area.
